These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Cozinha Veg platform ("we", "our"), available at cozinhaveg.com.br and on our mobile apps. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use the platform
Cozinha Veg is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are between 13 and 18, please use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email) is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Content you submit
Recipes, comments, ratings, profile photos and any other content you publish remain yours. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce and distribute that content within the platform (site and app). You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to what you publish and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Influencers and partners
Influencer accounts have additional features (public profile, analytics dashboard, custom links) subject to approval and a specific agreement. Use of seals, trademarks or the visual identity of partner influencers follows the terms agreed individually with each partnership.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not post illegal content, hate speech, spam, false information about ingredients that could endanger others' health, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the platform, or use bots/unauthorized scraping to collect data from the site.
6. Disclaimer on nutritional and health content
Recipes and information on Cozinha Veg are provided for informational purposes only and do not replace guidance from nutritionists, physicians or other health professionals. Consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, restrictions or health conditions.
7. Affiliate links and advertising
Cozinha Veg displays ads and affiliate links (including Google AdSense and commercial partnerships). We may earn a commission on purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the products, prices or policies of linked third-party sites.
8. Intellectual property
The Cozinha Veg brand, design, code and original text of the platform are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works of the platform itself without written authorization.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
