Vegan Breaded Sausage
Vegan breaded sausage with fermented dough. Use vegan sausage (Goshen or similar). In the air fryer it gets super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Mix warm water, yeast and sugar. Wait 10 minutes until foamy

Add flour, salt and oil. Mix until smooth dough forms

Let rest for 1 hour covered with a cloth until doubled in size

Brown sausages in oil over medium heat

Roll out dough, cut into strips and wrap each sausage

Bake in air fryer at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway until golden
