Super Protein Farofa
Vegan protein-rich farofa. Made with textured soy protein, sunflower seeds and sesame. Each 10g has approximately 4.5-5g of protein. Crunchy and delicious to accompany beans, rice or salads.

Hydrate soy protein in hot water for 10 minutes

Drain well and squeeze to remove excess water

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add soy protein and sauté for 3-4 minutes

Add sunflower seeds and sesame seeds

Season with salt and dehydrated seasonings

Sauté until golden and crispy, stirring constantly
