Vegan Lentil Burger
Flourless vegan lentil burger. No need to cook the ingredients beforehand. 200g lentils, flaxseed, garlic and spices in the food processor. Very cheap, high in protein and fiber.

Soak lentils for 8 hours and drain

In a food processor, mix lentils, flaxseed, garlic, salt, paprika, oregano, carrot and beetroot

Process until smooth and homogeneous

Shape into burger patties

Grill on a non-stick pan over low heat until golden on both sides
